No virus will stop us -AARO and Monte launch tax video portal
Crazy times and I hope you are weathering the storm. The virus crisis has brought the world to a standstill. But if all you have are lemons, why not make lemonade?
We are all stuck at home with questions, some of which relate to taxes. And even when we were not (or will not be) stuck at home, my experience in connecting remotely with you over the last few years (via webinars, email and social media) has been very good.
With that in mind, here is some lemonade. In the area of tax, the Assoc. of Americans Resident Abroad (AARO) and I are going online. We have created a portal of a growing number of quality and concise tax videos that address a variety of specific tax and disclosure issues of concern to you. In the immediate future, we will also be scheduling webinars which cover issues relating to the upcoming 2019 tax filings – recent developments, complex topics that need explanation, advocacy updates, etc.
Online access to all this content will be made available for free to AARO members. Annual membership and access to this quality content for only 65 Euro! Yes, only 65 Euro! And your membership fees will be very helpful in allowing us to engage in effective tax advocacy on an array of topics! Also, AARO members will be able to recommend areas of content they wish us to provide. To become an AARO member, visit
